About Me

I began my professional journey in education operations and data management. I leverage my 10+ years of experience in managing sensitive data and systems into helping entrepreneurs establish and streamline workflows, processes and get the most out of their CRMs. In 2022, I decided to establish my business, IM Business Solutions LLC, as an Operations Specialist and Online Business Manager. As part of this business venture, I completed the online training program DBM Bootcamp.

Over my career in education, I worked at both the school and district levels in New York City. I wore multiple hats as an operations and data manager, where my role included maintaining databases, and serving as attendance and transportation coordinator. I eventually developed trainings for my school network on utilizing pivot tables and Excel formulas to streamline daily workflows and reporting. I am the spreadsheet friend and like to joke that I’ve never met a spreadsheet I don’t like!

Fun Facts: I grow my own fruit and vegetables, and collect and repair vintage dresses.
