BUSINESS LINES

3 Revenue Streams

Speaking • Consulting • Course Creation

KEY WIN

Systems Ran Themselves

No ongoing support needed after 3 years

THE CHALLENGE

Margaux Joffe is a neuroinclusion speaker and the creator of ADHD Navigators, a group program that helps professionals with ADHD understand how their brains work and build the skills to create a career that works for them. She's a Forbes Accessibility 100 honoree, a LinkedIn Top Voice in disability advocacy, and a recognized expert who has delivered programs at top companies. She runs a business across three distinct revenue streams: speaking, consulting, and course creation.

She was already helping others build systems that worked for their brains. What she needed was someone to do the same for hers.

The tension was real: Margaux teaches her students the importance of automation. Her own business hadn't fully lived that out yet.

  • Leads arriving across separate business lines: speaking, consulting, and course waitlist, with no centralized way to track or follow up

  • Every speaking engagement required sending prep documents and media kits one booking at a time

  • ADHD Navigators cohort registrations managed entirely by hand, with confirmations and welcome emails sent individually for every participant

  • A self-paced version of her course in the making without backend infrastructure to support it

THE APPROACH

We started by mapping the full scope of Margaux's client journey across all three business lines before building anything. With a clear picture of where leads were coming in, where manual effort was concentrated, and what the course infrastructure needed to hold, we built in phases — from lead capture through course delivery.

01
Map & Centralize

Audited all three business lines and built a centralized Airtable system for lead tracking, follow-up, and client onboarding across speaking, consulting, and course waitlist

02
Automate the speaking workflow

Built an end-to-end workflow from initial inquiry through event delivery tracking leads automatically, triggering event prep documents and media kit at the right stage, so every booking moves forward without Margaux managing each step.

03
Build cohort infrastructure

Designed and built the Airtable registration system for ADHD Navigators — the same system that has enrolled and managed every cohort since the program's launch, with automated payment confirmations and welcome communications for each participant

04
Launch the self-paced course on Kajabi

Supported the full backend build of the ADHD Navigators self-paced course: curriculum tracker, custom checkouts for each offer tier, and automated welcome sequences so new students receive the right access and communications from day one

THE RESULT

Margaux's business now runs more consistently across all three lines. Leads are tracked and followed up with automatically. Speaking engagements move through a clear, self-managing workflow from inquiry to the day of the event. Every ADHD Navigators cohort since launch has been enrolled and registered through the same reliable system — and new self-paced students receive a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they purchase.

The most meaningful outcome came later.

KEY SHIFT

Systems so sustainable, ongoing support was no longer needed

All speaking inquiries captured, tracked, and responded to automatically — no inquiry unanswered

Prep docs and media kit sent at exactly the right time — without Margaux managing them

After 3 years on retainer, no longer needed ongoing support

That last point is worth naming directly: that's not a loss. That's the whole point. A good system should reduce the founder's load so much that it can run without you.

As a busy solopreneur with ADHD, I knew I needed systems and automations to handle the large amount of admin work that comes with running a business. Ilana helped me work smarter not harder by choosing the right tools and setting them up in a way that would work for my brain. Now I feel less overwhelmed, and have more time and energy to spend with my clients and on my projects.
